Visit the office
Come in, sit down, and ask us anything.
We are a real office you can walk into — 1282 First Ave in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee — not a call center and not a chat window. Bring what you have and we will go through it across the desk. There is no charge for the conversation and no pressure to change a single policy.
The office
Kelley Insurance LLC
We are a locally owned agency serving our friends and neighbors. Stop by during business hours and somebody will be glad to sit down with you — we do not work on commission-driven appointment quotas, so walking in unannounced is genuinely fine.
- Office hours
- Our hours shift with the season and with who is out on an appointment. Call and we will tell you right now whether the door is open — and if we miss you, we call back.
- Text us and we will answer
Why people still come in
- A form cannot see the look on your face when you say “I am not sure what I have.”
- Policies are full of language designed to be skimmed past. We read it out loud with you.
- Insurance is a relationship business, and it goes both ways.
What to bring
Three things make a visit twice as useful.
Your current policies
Declarations pages, renewal notices, or the whole folder. We will read them with you and point out what you are actually paying for.
Your medication list
If we are working on Medicare, bring the bottles or a written list — doses matter. It is the only way to compare drug plans honestly.
Your questions
The awkward ones are usually the useful ones. There is no such thing as a dumb question about a deductible, and we have answered them all.
Good reasons to walk in
Most visits are one of these four.
New client catching up
You have coverage somewhere else and want a second opinion. Twenty minutes, no obligation, and you keep your existing policy if you like it better.
Turning 65
Medicare is the appointment worth making early. Bring the list and we will map out Parts A, B, D and a supplement before the deadlines arrive.
Life change
A new car, a new house, a new driver in the household, a marriage, a move, a business you started in the garage. Coverage should follow the life.
Claim in progress
Bring the paperwork and the letters. We will read them with you and tell you what the carrier is asking for and what happens next.
